1. What Type of Accommodations Are Available?

We’re glad you asked! We have both one and two-bedroom options available, with a luxurious ‘deluxe’ upgrade available for the one-bedroom option.

2. Can I Bring My Pets?

You bet! We’re a pet-friendly residence and your fur family will be as welcomed as you are.

3. Are Utilities Included in My Rent?

Yes. We do everything we can to make life at Cottonwood Point both convenient and affordable, including the cost of utilities into your monthly rent. We include gas, electric, water, sewer, and trash.

4. How Much Is Rent?

Rent varies based on the type of residence you choose (size and/or deluxe) as well as location (i.e. lakefront view). Below is a quick breakdown in monthly rent.

5. Do I Have to Sign a Long-term Lease?

Absolutely not. We believe in giving our residents the flexibility they need to adapt to changing life situations.

How to Reserve an Apartment

1. Schedule an Informal Visit

The Site Manager will meet with you and have an informal visit to discuss your questions and discuss information about the property.

2. Fill Out an Application

Fill out our simple application and provide basic information and emergency contacts

3. Schedule Move In

We encourage you to reserve your apartment and schedule move in. Our staff will accommodate your move in schedule.
